Hydroformed metal bellows and flexible coupling can be in a variety of styles. Formed bellows/coupling are produced in two ways; Hydroforming & mechanical forming. Both are produced by reworking tubes into convoluted bellows.

Edge-welded metal bellows or flexible compling are made are available in many materials, can offer up to a 90% stroke length, high temperature endurance, and corrosion resistance. Manufactured by welding a number of individually formed diaphragms to each other.

Servometer Electroformed Bellows: Electroformed, or electro-deposited, metal bellows leveraging our premium alloy, FlexNickel. Produced by plating a metal layer onto a mandrel and then chemically removing the mandrel.
